FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What are Screen Fees and why do I have to pay them?
For each color that is in your design, a screen has to be produced to print that color. A screen fee is usually a one-time fee. If you change anything in your design such as a phone number or address after the initial screens have been produced you may be subject to additional screen fees. We charge $25.00 per screen.
What is digitizing and why do I have to pay a digitizing fee?
Digitizing is associated with embroidery. When we digitize your logo we are writing a computer program that tells the embroidery machine exactly where to put every stitch that is in your logo or design. It takes a skilled digitizer time to convert your logo to a digitized file. This is usually a one-time charge unless you change the original digitized logo. ie phone number address or any elements of the design. We charge $50.00 to digitize a logo up to 10,000 stitches. If your logo turns out to be more than 10,000 stitches then we will charge accordingly.

Can I order shirts and pick them up tomorrow? (RUSH ORDER)
We will often have shirts in stock for rush orders but it is impossible to have all sizes, colors and styles on hand. We try to get out rush orders in 2 to 4 days. Rush orders will be subject to additional charges.
What are your Minimums?
We try to keep our minimums to 24 pieces on Screen printing. There are no minimums for embroidery once we have your logo digitized.
Can I get just one shirt?
If we were to screen print just one shirt for you it would be a very expensive shirt. However we can produce a heat transfer on just one shirt.
We are able to print multi-colored designs on light colored shirts with a heat transfer. We can take any picture, scan it, add text and print the design on a shirt. This is an affordable way to get a custom shirt at an affordable price if you only need one or two. (Short runs)
Do your t-shirts shrink when washed?
Our 100% cotton T-shirts are preshrunk from the factory and are not prone to shrinking. We stand behind our garments 100% and if abnormal shrinking does occure will replay the garment. This will be determined by the manufacturer.
