I you have an existing Logo here are some examples of file formats that we except.

  • Adobe Illustrator (AI)
  • Corel (CDR)
  • Flexisign
  • Freehand
  • Photoshop (PSD)
  • Corel Photo Paint
  • Tiff, Bitmaps, JPEG, or Gif

Any low resolution files will usually need to be redrawn

Most of the time a customer will talk to us and describe what their minds eye sees for a design or logo.
Sometimes a customer will bring us a drawing they have put together on a piece of legal paper or even on a bar napkin. THAT’S NO PROBLEM. Some of the best ideas we’ve ever gotten have been on bar napkins. However we will have to redraw this design in a graphics program to get this art into a useable format. This requires time and we need to charge an art fee for this service. Rates are $50.00 per hour w/ a half hour min.

We will create a proof for you to look at. If revisions need to be made, we will do so and send another proof. It is important to us that you are happy with the final design.
Once the design and has been approved, all we need are sizes, colors and the number of shirts needed.

When proofing a design it is very important that the customer takes time to check for accuracy and content. Once the customer has approved the art, Allprint is no longer responsible for the content.
